Have Your Say on the draft Planning Agreement for with landowners for Development Application 2023.61 for transfer of a Crown road in Eden.
In conjunction with Development Application 2023.61 notice is given for an amendment to the proposed Planning Agreement under Section 7.4 (Formally Section 93F) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 between Bega Valley Shire Council and Eden Local Aboriginal Land Council. This Planning Agreement was originally advertised from 9 August 2024 – 9 September 2024 and the objective of the Deed is to remove the reference to Lot 23 DP 156866 in the definition of the ‘Land’ in the Planning Agreement. The reference to Lot 23 DP 156866 in that definition was an error and the parties do not intend for the Planning Agreement to apply to or be registered on the title of that allotment.
The Deed of Variation and Explanatory Note relating to the Voluntary Planning Agreement can be inspected at Council’s administration centre in Zingel Place, Bega from 9.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, for a period of 28 days from 15 July 2025 (excluding Public Holidays).
