Development Proposal - Greendale - DA 2025.15

An application has been received to develop land at Quarry Road, Greendale for the purpose of subdivision to create First Title (section of public road closure).

Council has received an application seeking approval to develop land as follows:

  • DA No.:  2025.15
  • Applicant: TA Project Services
  • Consent Authority: Bega Valley Shire Council
  • Description of Land: Public road corridor adjoining Lots 1 and 2 DP DP538065 - Quarry Road, Greendale
  • Description of Proposal: Subdivision to create First Title (section of public road closure)
  • Responsible Council Officer: D Gebert

The application and plans relating to the development are available on Council’s website Application Tracker at www.begavalley.nsw.gov.au, for a period of 28 days from 16 April 2025 to 22 May 2025 (excluding Public Holidays).

Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, copies of your submission can be made publicly available. You can request that your name and address not be disclosed by writing ‘OBJECTION IN CONFIDENCE’ on your submission, however we may still be obliged to release these details. Submissions that do not contain the author’s name and address may not be considered, as we will be unable to validate their authenticity.

If you make a submission you are required to disclose information about any political donations or gifts.
