Road works scheduled for parts of Bega and Pambula

Bega Valley Shire Council advises road stabilisation works are scheduled to commence in parts of Bega and Pambula from Monday 9 June, weather permitting.

Bega Valley Shire Council advises road stabilisation works are scheduled to commence in parts of Bega and Pambula from Monday 9 June, weather permitting.

As part of a planned renewal program, contractors will be carrying out rehabilitation of the road surface and resealing. This will strengthen and extend the life of the existing road surface and improve driving conditions and safety for all road users.

Works will be carried out at the following locations:

Bega
- Howard Street, between East Street and Tathra Road, from 9 June to 17 June
- Rawlinson Street, between Ravenswood Street and Newtown Road, from 12 June to 18 June
- Eden Street, between High Street and Upper Street, from 14 June to 18 June
Pambula
- Toallo Street, from Rainbow Street intersection to the end of Toallo Street, from 16 June to 19 June.

Changed traffic conditions will be in place and traffic control will be on-site to help road users and pedestrians. Where possible, please advise the crew members on-site of where you need to go and assistance will be provided.

Road users should expect minor delays.
