Road works scheduled for Imlay Street, Eden

Bega Valley Shire Council advises road works will be carried out on Imlay Street, Eden between Chandos Street and Albert Terrace from Monday 23 June to Friday 25 July, weather permitting.

Bega Valley Shire Council advises road works will be carried out on Imlay Street, Eden between Chandos Street and Albert Terrace from Monday 23 June to Friday 25 July, weather permitting.

Council’s Internal Civil Construction team will be replacing and resealing the road surface.

This will strengthen and extend the life of the existing road surface and improve driving conditions and safety for all road users.

The works will be carried out between 7am and 6pm each day.

Traffic management will be in place and the road will close intermittently during the works. Drivers are advised to use Museum Street and Calle Calle Street as an alternate route.

Road users should expect short delays and allow extra travel time.

The project is funded by the Transport for NSW Roads to Recovery Program.
