Re-Notification of Proposed Modification - DA 2021.1271

Re-notification of proposed modification to approved development at Lot 22 DP 812587, 148 Mount Darragh Road, South Pambula.


An application to modify the above application has been lodged with Council by J McKee. The proposed modification seeks to reduce the number of units to nineteen (19) and amend the stormwater management system.

As you are the owner of adjoining land and/or land in the locality, you may be affected by this modification.

If you would like to comment on the proposal, please write to us before 14 June 2025. If you object to the proposal, you will need to tell us why in your response.

If you make a submission, you are required to disclose information about any political donations or gifts.
