Notification of Proposed Modification to Approved Development at Lot 472 DP 1043030; 491 Sapphire Coast Drive, Bournda.
An application to modify the above application has been lodged with Council by Garret Barry Planning Services Pty Ltd. The proposed details of the modification are Change from Community Title to Torrens Title and Remove Lot 115.
As you are the owner of adjoining land and/or land in the locality, you may be affected by this modification.
