Bega Valley Shire Council advises road works are scheduled to commence on Pacific Way in Tura Beach, on Monday 26 May.

Council’s Civil Construction Team and contractors, Stabilco will be carrying out road stabilisation works between Sapphire Coast Drive and The Dress Circle as part of a planned renewal program.

The works involve rehabilitation of the road surface, resealing and line marking. This will strengthen and extend the life of the existing road surface and improve driving conditions and safety for all road users.

The works will be carried out between 7am and 6pm each day and are expected to be completed by Friday 20 June, weather permitting.

Changed traffic conditions with traffic control will be in place for the duration of the works, including a reduced speed limit of 40km per hour. There will be no on-street parking for the duration of the works.

Road users should expect minor delays.

We thank you for your patience while these important works are undertaken.
