Make a submission on an advertised DA

Council encourages members of the public/community to take the opportunity to read, examine or make a submission on information that is placed on public exhibition. Public submissions allow Council to incorporate community opinion into final decisions.


Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, details of your submission, including your name and address will be publicly available on request. You can request that your name and address not be disclosed by selecting Yes to 'objection in confidence' on your submission, however we may still be obliged to release these details.
