Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan
Notice of adoption for the Bega Valley Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan.
On 14 August 2024 Council resolved to adopt the Bega Valley Shire Council Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2024 - 2036. The plan repeals the previous Bega Valley Section 94 and 94A Contributions Plan 2014.
