Development Proposal - Timbillica - DA 2025.113 PAN-534960

An application has been received to develop land at Princes Highway, Timbillica for the purpose of telecommunications facility.

Council has received an application seeking approval to develop land as follows:

  • DA No.:  2025.113 PAN-534960
  • Applicant: Telstra Limited
  • Consent Authority: Bega Valley Shire Council
  • Description of Land: Lot: 7001 DP: 94169-Princes Highway TIMBILLICA  NSW  2551
  • Description of Proposal: Telecommunications facility
  • Responsible Council Officer:  D Gebert

The application and plans relating to the development are available on Council’s website DA Enquiry at www.begavalley.nsw.gov.au, for a period of 14 days from 20 June to 4 July (excluding Public Holidays).

Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, copies of your submission can be made publicly available. You can request that your name and address not be disclosed by writing ‘OBJECTION IN CONFIDENCE’ on your submission, however we may still be obliged to release these details. Submissions that do not contain the author’s name and address may not be considered, as we will be unable to validate their authenticity.
